Final
Every cookie cake is baked just for you. Once it’s in the oven or frosted, refunds aren’t possible.
Cancellations
Life happens! Contact us ASAP. If we haven’t started your order, we’ll happily refund you. Once mixing or baking has begun, we can’t.
Pickup &
Delivery
Miss your pickup or delivery? We’ll try to work with you the same day. After that, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Quality
Issues
If we make a mistake—wrong size, wrong flavor, missing add-on—contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make it right with a replacement or credit toward your next order.
Custom & Special Items
Custom designs, seasonal flavors and add-ons are non-refundable once made.
Because once the sprinkles are on, they’re not coming off. 😂
