🍪 Refund Policy

• Fresh & Final: Every cookie cake is baked just for you. Once it’s in the oven or frosted, refunds aren’t possible.

• Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to cancel, reach out ASAP. If we haven’t started baking yet, we’ll happily refund you. If mixing or baking has begun, we can’t.

• Pickup & Delivery: Miss your pickup or delivery? We’ll try to work with you the same day, but after that, the cake is officially yours — no refunds.

• Quality Issues: If we mess up (wrong size, wrong flavor, missing add-on), tell us within 24 hours of getting your cake. We’ll fix it with a replacement or credit toward your next order.

• Special Items: Custom designs, seasonal flavors, and add-ons are non-refundable once made — because once the sprinkles are on, they’re not coming off.
