We respect your privacy almost as much as we respect butter, sugar, and chocolate chips. This Privacy Policy explains what info we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. Spoiler: we don’t sell your secrets for sprinkles.

When you place an order, sign up for updates, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Name & contact info (like email, phone, address for pickup/delivery).

  • Order details (what cookie chaos you picked).

  • Payment info (processed securely through our payment providers — we never see your full card details).

2. How We Use It

We use your info to:

  • Bake and deliver your cookie cakes.

  • Contact you about your order (pickup reminders, delivery updates, “your cake is ready” texts).

  • Send occasional promos or updates (only if you said “yes” to that).

3. Who We Share It With

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) so we get paid and you get cake.

  • Delivery services, if you choose delivery.

  • Nobody else. We don’t sell or trade your info, not even for extra frosting.

4. Your Choices

  • You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

  • You can request that we delete your personal data — except for what we legally need to keep (like past order records for taxes).

5. Security

  • We take reasonable steps to keep your info safe. No system is 100% hack-proof, but we use secure platforms (like Wix and trusted payment providers) to protect your data.
